Isle Of ManMat Majesty!
I purchased this mat for my gorgeous wife, who's current mat was getting a bit tired. From the Happy Baby Pose to the Downward Dog, she loves the awesome grip sadly missing from her previous mat. She commented how the larger size was also a bonus (no comment lol). My lovely lady also loved the tasteful artwork that included her favorite, the elephant! It was mentioned that it marked easily, and perhaps one of our friends from One Happy Yogi can advise the best cleaning method to combat this. Overall, though, great product and recommended! Bought as a gift for my partner, she is a pilates teacher. Here is what she said... 'For grip this is one of the best mats I have ever used. Beautiful art work of an elephant. My only complaint is initially it marks very easily and it took to cleans to get a water mark off, as I splashed a little amount of water from my bottle. I was going to send it back, but weather novelty of new mat is wearing off or it is become better with use, I have decided to keep it on basis of grip and art work'.

This mat offers an amazing grip and just the right amount of cushionning for intermediate to advanced practices, which makes it lighter and easier to roll than most professional mats. The drawing details are absolutely gorgeous. Very few cons: it had a very weird smell when I got it, but that is the case for most rubber mats anyway. Also I noticed that it stains very easily, and the stains are extremely hard to get off. For instance, on the very first day I used it I took a child's pose on it, resting my sweaty forehead on it. Well let's just say I've had a forehead sweat mark on it since day 1. It's gonna be really hard to keep it in pristine state...
